Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 April 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Admission Bridges (operating from Sector 42, Gurugram, India) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information you provide to us, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable Indian laws.

By submitting a lead form, contacting us over WhatsApp, or using this website, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who We Are

Admission Bridges is an admission advisory firm helping Indian families identify and access undergraduate and postgraduate college admission pathways — including merit counselling, management quota, NRI quota, and institutional admissions — across medical, engineering, commerce, management, and law programmes.

Registered office: Sector 42, Gurugram, Haryana, India. Contact: hello@admissionbridges.com · WhatsApp +91 92177 26500.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information, only when you voluntarily provide it:

  • Contact information: full name, WhatsApp number, email (if provided), city of residence.
  • Admission information: expected or achieved entrance exam scores (NEET, JEE, CUET, CLAT, CAT, NEET PG, etc.), preferred programme, preferred institutions, category (General/OBC/SC/ST/EWS), home state, family NRI status where applicable.
  • Parental information: where a parent or guardian submits a form on behalf of a student, we collect the parent's name and contact details along with the student's educational profile.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, approximate location, and interactions with our website — collected through the Meta Pixel and standard web server logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

  • To contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email regarding your admission advisory enquiry.
  • To send you relevant admission guides, fee references, cutoff data, and counselling timelines.
  • To schedule and conduct advisory consultations (online or in person at our Gurugram office).
  • To liaise with specific colleges or institutions on your behalf, only after your explicit written consent and only to the extent required for your application.
  • To measure advertising performance and improve our website experience.

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not share your information with coaching institutes, test-prep companies, or lead aggregators.

4. Data Sharing — Service Providers

We share minimal necessary information with the following categories of service providers, each governed by their own privacy policies:

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram): for advertising attribution via Meta Pixel and conversion tracking. Meta receives hashed event data, not raw personal information.
  • Interakt / WhatsApp Business API: for delivering automated WhatsApp messages you have consented to receive.
  • Netlify: our website hosting provider, which processes standard web server logs.
  • Colleges and institutions: only when you have explicitly engaged us for application liaison services, and only the information necessary to support that specific application.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for a period of two (2) years from the date of last interaction, or for as long as you remain an active advisory client, whichever is longer. After this period, your data is deleted from our active systems. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses the Meta Pixel (ID: 947560581400141) to measure advertising effectiveness. The pixel tracks anonymised events such as page views and form submissions, and helps us show more relevant advertising to people who have previously visited our site.

You may opt out of Meta's tracking through your browser settings, ad-blocker tools, or Meta's own ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

7. Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act and applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information ("right to erasure"), subject to regulatory record-keeping requirements.
  • Withdraw consent to marketing communications by replying "STOP" to any WhatsApp message, or by emailing us.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@admissionbridges.com with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within thirty (30) days.

8. Children's Privacy

Many of our advisory services concern students under the age of eighteen (18). Where a student under 18 submits information, we assume that their parent or legal guardian has consented. We encourage parents to supervise any form submission and to contact us directly if they have concerns. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Data Security

We maintain industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls on internal systems, and regular review of our security practices. No system is perfectly secure — please do not send passwords, bank account numbers, or other financial information over unencrypted channels.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
